UHMW

UHMW are slippery materials which resist abrasion and compression. Few products can adhere to them and their thermal expansion is superior to other thermoplastics. Relatively malleable, they are excellent electric insulators and they can be welded by a thermoplastic welding process. Models are available in colours and formats such as natural (white), antistatic, UV resistant autolubricating, recycled and high-temperature. In standard form, their heat resistance is 82 °C (180 °F).

UHMW QuickSilver®

UHMW QuickSilver® is a lining material that is resistant to high impact and abrasive materials. It is frequently used in truck beds to reduce sticking and material hang up. It is extremely useful in asphalt, gravel and waste material transportation. It remains slippery even if scratched and is used to prevent the extreme wear caused to truck boxes and ploughs.

UHMW QuickSilver® is a grey material that is often used for asphalt truck boxes. It can be installed quickly from rolls and can resist temperatures up to 350°F.

UHMW QuickSilver® can be installed without drilling into the existing equipment or truck bed. It is resistant to abrasion from wet and dry materials. It has a 3 year manufacturer's warranty and protects your equipment from damage. Its life expectancy at approximately 10 years.
