Thanks to Polyalto Group’s sponsorship, team Baja SAE of Laval University could proudly show its colours during the engineering competition which was held in the fourth corners of North America all along the year.The twenty-five members of team Baja SAE had definitely use bright red vinyl from Polyalto Group to identify their competition vehicle which took part on two of the trials of the Society of Automotive Engineers, one in California and another in Rochester, NY.
This large scale engineering project allowed students involved to drove 12 000km of road so they could be at the competition and its required five thousand hours machining.
By their own comments, passionate engineering fans who took part in this project have grown and don’t count the many learning process they had to learn during this challenge.
Engineers of tomorrow can now attack the next season with more confidence and they are also ready to take up challenges waiting. They are impatient to innovate and refine their engineer skills and project management.
